About Sharon

Sharon van Woerden works within the Corporate Law practice group and the Insolvency Law practice group. She advises on a wide range of issues in the field of corporate law. Within this area of practice, Sharon has a particular interest in corporate litigation (specifically shareholder disputes), commercial contracts, governance matters, mergers & acquisitions, and insolvency and liability proceedings.

During her studies, Sharon gained experience in corporate and insolvency law at several (international) law firms in both Amsterdam and Groningen.
