Judith specializes in corporate law. She regularly advises and litigates on corporate law matters and (the drafting of) commercial contracts.

Examples of legal proceedings in which Judith often acts are shareholder disputes, disputes about directors’ liability, inquiry proceedings at the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal, acquisition disputes and disputes about (the execution of) commercial contracts.
