Almost all our lawyers are also engaged in litigation practice. They can therefore not only advise you, but also assist you in court. In all areas of law in which we operate, we have recognised specialists with years of litigation experience. The disputes in which our lawyers act are naturally diverse in nature and related to our specialisms. For example, we litigate in commercial disputes about (the performance or termination of) contracts, transactions, liability of directors and other professionals, insurance issues, IP infringement, administrative law, tenancy law and mass damages. We also act in corporate law disputes between directors and shareholders or shareholders among themselves. Either way, you will be assisted by a specialised lawyer.

We litigate before courts, courts of appeal, the Enterprise Chamber in Amsterdam and, where appropriate, arbitration institutions. In all areas, we combine our legal expertise with the knowledge of the markets in which our clients operate.

Our clients know where they stand. Prior to handling a (potential) dispute, a clear legal analysis is made based on the facts and circumstances presented by the client. The analysis highlights all the specific possibilities of the dispute. Can litigation still be avoided? Sometimes that is preferable. If not, we make the case “litigation-ready” before it goes to court in order to achieve the best possible result.
